April Kalapp

April was raised in Florida, but spent 20 years in Southern CA and migrated back to her roots in Florida to be near family. She has been in the title insurance industry for over 10 years and loves helping Realtors and lenders grow their book of business and develop creative ways to stay in front of their sphere...not only being top of mind, but center of heart. Communication is key to any relationship and is something that she realizes can make or break a relationship and transaction and makes it a top priority. April is a boy mom with 2 adult sons and a hubby of over 28 years. Her family cheers for the Miami Dolphins. She loves spending time with friends and family and appreciates good food. Banks is her German Shorthaired Pointer that is her "3rd boy" now that she is an empty nester and he provides snuggles and lots of entertainment.

Nicole is a dedicated professional who is originally from Kentucky. She has been with our Title Exchange family for over 2 years and is passionate about building strong relationships and takes pride in making the closing process as smooth and stress-free as possible for every client. Outside of work, Nicole is a proud mom to her daughter. They love spending quality time together, whether its enjoying fun on weekend or cheering on their favorite teams- Go Raiders and Celtics!

Cole Kalapp
Account Manager and Closer
Cole is the warm and friendly voice you hear over the phone! He is well versed and experienced in sitting closings and explaining closing documents. Cole also assists our team in all aspects of closing a file, such as processing, ordering searches and payoffs, funding files and disbursing checks.

Originally a Kansas girl who has lived in Florida since 2017 with her husband and cat. Aprill (yes it really is spelled with two Ls) has been working in Title since 2020 and has loved every minute of it. When shes not working she enjoys everything living in sunny Florida has to offer like outdoor concerts, movies, sporting events and the beach.

Brittney Fletcher
Post Closing Specialist
Brittney is the Post Closing specialist on the team. She is a St. Pete native and is the middle child between her two amazing sisters! Her favorite color is purple. Brittney loves hanging out and having a good time with her niece and nephew. She is not a morning person, but loves a good cup of coffee. One of her favorite things is the sound of the waves while watching the sunset with her husband.

I was born in South Carolina but moved to Florida when I was two. I love Florida and specifically the Gulf Coast. My favorite thing to do is to be on the water fishing, in the water or by the water.
