Head of Operations / Escrow Officer
Originally from Kentucky, Nicole has proudly called Title Exchange home for more than two years. She loves connecting with people, building strong relationships, and helping clients navigate the closing process with confidence and ease. Her goal is simple: make every transaction as smooth and stress-free as possible while providing a positive experience from start to finish. When she's not helping clients get to the closing table, you'll find her spending time with her daughter, making memories together, and rooting for the Raiders and Celtics.

Brittney Fletcher
Post Closing Specialist
Brittney is the Post Closing specialist on the team. She is a St. Pete native and is the middle child between her two amazing sisters! Her favorite color is purple. Brittney loves hanging out and having a good time with her niece and nephew. She is not a morning person, but loves a good cup of coffee. One of her favorite things is the sound of the waves while watching the sunset with her husband.
